This is far more than a reception role.
You'll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly, supports our Contact centre and other teams across the business, and creates a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.What's on Offer?
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday6-month fixed-term contract (with potential to extend or maybe even permanent)Head Office location in Belrose, Northern BeachesDiverse role with plenty of variety and stakeholder interactionFriendly, supportive, and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to work across multiple functions of the businessTasks and Qualifications:What You'll Be DoingAs the heartbeat of our office, you'll:Create exceptional first impressions as the first point of contact for visitors, customers and employeesManage reception, phones, enquiries and visitor registrations with professionalism and warmthProvide essential administrative support across multiple departmentsAssist with Repair Centre forms and support Contact Centre activitiesCoordinate incoming and outgoing mail,



couriers and deliveriesKeep employee records, directories and office documentation up to dateOrganise meeting rooms, catering and ensure the office always looks its bestSupport workplace operations and facilities management activitiesProcess purchase orders, invoices and uniform ordersUse internal systems and ERP platforms accurately and efficientlyBuild strong relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers and visitorsAbout YouLoves delivering outstanding customer serviceIs organised, proactive and great at multitaskingCommunicates confidently with people at all levelsTakes pride in creating a positive workplace experienceBrings initiative, enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to helpKey Skills & ExperienceIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelProven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated initiative and strong problem-solving capabilityAbility to build positive relationships and work effectively within a teamExperience using ERP systems or multiple business platforms (highly regarded)Previous reception,
