WFM & Payroll Optimisation | EA Reconfiguration

About the Role:
Lead post-go-live optimisation and defect remediation for a newly deployed Dayforce platform. Serving as the in-house technical SME, you will drive backend configuration across WFM and Payroll. You will work closely with internal teams to build recent pay groups and adapt rulesets to match emerging Enterprise Agreements

What You Will Be Doing
Assist with hands‑on configuration, parameter updates, and system tweaks across Dayforce WFM and Payroll modules.
Support the setup and reconfiguration of pay groups, time-and-attendance rules, penalties, and allowances.
Help troubleshoot system issues, refine existing workflows, and implement planned platform enhancements.

Selection Criteria
5 + years' experience working with and configuring Dayforce WFM and/or Payroll modules.
Background in post‑implementation support, defect resolution, or HRIS system improvements.
Comfort working with HR technology workflows, data structures, and system reporting tools.
