Beeliar Diagnostic Imaging clinic in Yangebup is currently seeking a Full TimeMedical Receptionist to join the team. We are located onsite next to Lagoon Medical Centre, a bustling Medical and Urgent Care centre. We are also looking for a causal member.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist,you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
Billing procedures - Private, Medicare, and DVA.
Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
Rostering of administration and specialists

What we're looking for:
Explicit verbal and written communication skills




Solid organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow
Leadership skill to help manage a small team
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems
Karisma & Comrad experience
Previous Medical Imaging experience
