About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our Brisbane office in Loganholme. This is an ongoing full time position, working weekdays Monday to Friday who is flexible with start times ranging from 6am - 9am

Duties & Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of incoming calls, processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries.
Assist in converting incoming phone and email inquiries into Branch Sales.
Exceed customer service expectations by providing exceptional support to operations.
Address customer queries and manage accounts promptly and professionally.
Offer customers accurate product, service,



and procedural information.
Ensure accurate setup of new customer accounts.
Process credit card payments as needed.
Provide support to Operations and Sales teams.
Engage in web chat support.

Skills and Experiences Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an inbound call centre environment, managing high call volumes.
Familiarity with Pronto software is highly advantageous.
Possess a professional and friendly telephone manner, as the role primarily involves telephone-based communication.
Solid attention to detail.
