Children Registered Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Job Scope:
Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Children Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a residential childrens home.
The Children Registered Manager will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring the service meets Ofsted standards and all regulatory requirements.
The successful Children Registered Manager will oversee staff performance, safeguarding, and care delivery, ensuring each child receives the emotional, physical, and social support they need to thrive.
They will create a nurturing and therapeutic environment, lead by example, and embed a culture of respect, trust, and consistency throughout the home.
This opportunity suits someone with proven leadership experience in childrens residential care, particularly with children who have learning disabilities, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of young people.
The Children Registered Manager will bring strong organisational and communication skills, as well as a proactive approach to continuous improvement and team development.
Do you have?
Level 3 Diploma in Childrens and Young Peoples Workforce (Social Care Pathway)Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Children and Young Peoples Services (Residential Pathway), or working towards itMinimum two years experience in management role within childrens residential servicesExcellent knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding procedures, and relevant legislationStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staffExcellent communication,
decision-making, and problem-solving abilitiesA compassionate and resilient approach with a genuine commitment to supporting childrens welfareA full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
