The team partners closely with operational leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and deliver sustainable improvements that enhance service quality, customer outcomes, and organisational performance.About you and your new opportunity:Working alongside the Business Improvement Lead, you will have the prospect to contribute to a diverse range of initiatives, gaining exposure across the Seniors Living portfolio while helping embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.What you'll be doingMapping andanalysingcurrent business processes and service delivery workflowsIdentifyinginefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvementGathering and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to support informed decision-makingDeveloping clear, evidence-based recommendations and improvement plansFacilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder consultationsSupporting the design, implementation,



and evaluation of improvement initiativesProducing process documentation, reports, and improvement artefactsMonitoring outcomesandidentifyingongoing improvement opportunitiesHelping foster a culture of continuous improvement across theorganisationWhat you will bring to our team:You are a curious and analytical professional with a passion for continuous improvement.
You enjoy understanding how services and processes operate, identifying opportunities for improvement, and turning information into practical recommendations.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, coupled with a flexible approach to problem solving, will enable you to work effectively across a diverse range of teams and initiatives.You'll bring:Tertiary qualifications in Business, Health Administration, Quality Improvement, Analytics, or a related disciplineExperienceanalysingbusiness processes andidentifyingimprovement opportunitiesStrong ability to gather,analyse, and interpret data and operational informationExperience translating findings into practical recommendations and actionable outcomesDemonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsExperience within aged care,

Not for profit salary packaging up to $18,549 which could be used for up to $15,900 (for every living expenses like rent, mortgage, school fees and many more) and up to $2,650 for meals and entertainment.
