This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting to the General Manager, Commercial where you will drive client retention, growth and satisfaction across our key managed accounts, while building a high-performing, connected and supported team.Above all, we need a genuinely strong people leader - someone with proven experience managing and developing teams of 10+ employees, who knows how to bring out the best in their people, foster collaboration, and create a culture where individuals thrive.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring they're trained,



supported and set up for successAct as a key point of escalation for major client accounts, resolving issues and building lasting trustPartner with Operations, Business Development, Contracts and Tenders teams to deliver tailored client solutionsMonitor team and individual performance against shared goals, providing regular, constructive feedbackManage resourcing, leave planning and recruitment for your teamDrive account growth, retention and profitability through strategic relationship and contract managementTravel is required to manage the team and customer base across AustraliaChampion a positive, safe and collaborative workplace cultureAbout YouProven experience leading and managing teams of 10+ employees - this is essentialExtensive in sales or relationship management within complex service organisations; healthcare experience highly regardedExceptional communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsA 'can do' attitude who thrives through leading by exampleAbility to work with ambiguity and solve problems on the runStrong business acumen, including financial literacy and analytical capabilityA collaborative,
