You will run the day to day finance function for Dream Courts, a growing sport court design and installation business, related entity and partner of the NBL Group.

STP and award complianceOwn job costing, WIP and project profitability reporting across all jobsKeep BAS, IAS, super and payroll tax obligations on trackBuild and improve finance controls, processes and policies as the business growsPartner with the NBL Group finance team one day a week on reporting and controlsWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who wants to own the numbers, not just report them.CA/CPA qualified, confident running a finance function soloComfortable using AI tools, and keen to keep learningHands on payroll experience: awards, super and STPStrong on management accounts, reconciliations and cash flowProficient in Xero or MYOB and ExcelAnd the non-negotiables - you're organised and reliable, you move between transaction detail and business level reporting in the same day, and you bring commercial insight, not just accuracy.
