You'll support Consultants and clinical teams, coordinate workloads, maintain key processes and rosters, and provide guidance to administrative staff.Lead, support and coordinate the administrative teamCoordinate daily workflows, priorities and administrative servicesProvide confidential support to Consultants and clinical staffManage rosters, meetings, appointments and departmental administrationGuide and support administrative staff and resolve complex issuesLiaise with clinical teams and hospital departmentsMaintain quality, confidentiality and efficient office processesCoordinate events, projects and continuous improvement activitiesAbout YouYou are an organised and confident administrator who can manage competing priorities, work independently and build positive relationships across a busy healthcare environment.
