This team works across multiple sites including Mater Hospital Springfield, Mater Private Hospital Redlands and all sites based at Mater South Brisbane Campus.This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting patient care by ensuring health information is accurately digitised, securely managed, and readily available within Mater's digital health record system.
Working within a collaborative healthcare workplace, you'll contribute to the efficient management of clinical information that supports quality care across the hospital.As a key member of the Health Records team, you will support the accurate and timely processing of patient information through a range of document management activities.You will:Ensuretheaccurateandtimelydigitisation ofdocumentsand processing of informationinto theMaterhealth record to supportthe provision ofclinicalcareMaintain high data integrity byvalidatingpatient identificationand encounter informationthroughaccuratedata and document verificationduring scanning andquality assuranceprocessesFulfilend-to-end scanning workflowoperational requirements, including receiving, tracking,batching, preparing,scanning,and filing ofphysicaldocumentsand processing of digitalinformationEnsure efficient processing of high-volume documentation such ascurrent attendance records (CARs),



ambulatory records, referrals, and loose-leafdocumentationPrioritise workloads to meetagreedservice demandsand expectationsandkey performanceindicatorsAbout youYou are a highly organised and reliable administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
