In this role you'll work with the team to welcome our patients and see them through their dental journey.Welcome and sign patients inMaintain patient recall system to make sure reminders are sent promptlyAnswer inbound calls to provide accurate information for our members and answer general queriesProcess patient accounts and schedule follow up appointmentsAbout youIf you have experience in dental or medical administration or reception role, we want to hear from you!
