You'll begin with clearly defined responsibilities and close support, with the opportunity to take on greater ownership and autonomy as your capability and understanding of the business grows.To succeed, you'll develop a strong understanding of Wilson Parking's products, competitor offerings and pricing, as well as the factors that influence how our car parks perform.If you're analytical, commercially curious and keen to see your work directly influence business performance, this is an opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced and highly commercial setting.ResponsibilitiesMonitor competitor pricing across the national portfolio, identifying rate movements,



product changes and new market entrantsMaintain accurate and up-to-date competitor pricing and product dataKeep the National Pricing Manager informed of significant market and competitor movementsBuild a strong understanding of competitor offerings, market positioning and key marketsConduct site assessments to ensure Wilson Parking rates and products are accurately reflectedPerformance & AnalysisAnalyse revenue, volume and yield performance across the national portfolio against budget, forecast and prior yearIdentify performance exceptions and investigate the key drivers behind variancesAssess whether performance changes are driven by pricing, demand, operational factors or dataDevelop data-backed pricing and product recommendations for review by the National Pricing ManagerTrack the performance and revenue impact of implemented pricing changesProvide analysis to support business cases, client reporting and commercial decisionsReportingPrepare pricing and performance reports for Senior and Executive Leadership teamsDeliver accurate, insightful reporting within agreed deadlinesTurn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendationsContinuously improve reporting processes, automation and accuracyData & Rate ManagementMaintain accurate rate, product and site data across pricing systems and reporting toolsMonitor data quality across key business inputs,



including vacancy and car park utilisation dataIdentify and resolve data issues before they impact reporting or decision‐makingSupport the implementation of approved rate changes and ensure they are accurately reflected across systemsAbout You2-4 years' experience in an analytical role across pricing, revenue, commercial, finance or data analysisAdvanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables and complex formulas, with the ability to work with existing macro‐driven workbooksStrong commercial acumen and confidence working with revenue and financial dataHighly detail‐oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and qualityNaturally curious, with the ability to investigate why the numbers don't look right rather than simply reporting themA proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems, tools and processesReliable and accountable, with the ability to own recurring deliverables and consistently meet deadlinesOpen to feedback and committed to continuously developing your skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations, finance and commercial teamsWell organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and reporting deadlinesExperience in services, property or parking is advantageous but not essentialExposure to parking access and revenue control systems such as SKIDATA, Designa or Amano is advantageousBachelor's degree in a numerate discipline such as Finance, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or a related fieldAt Wilson, we are building a workforce that is representative of the community we protect.
