The Role
Take charge of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service.Guide your team, develop menus, and create inclusive dining environments that support people working in remote areas.Maximise stock utilisation and maintain cost‐effective operationsLiaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to constantly improve day-today service
The Person
Have full working rights in AustraliaMust be formally trained in Cantonese, Sichuan and other Eastern cuisineMust hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade CertificateStrong knowledge of traditional culinary techniques and food safety standardsAbility to pass pre-employment medical,
