We have one unique resource at Scania to achieve this - you.Welcome to Scania.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated automotive skilled to join a supportive team and play a key role in delivering exceptional parts service and customer satisfaction.What You Will DoBased in our Richlands branch, this role reports to the Parts Supervisor and plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer relationships are created and maintained to both external and internal customers.
Key responsibilities will include:Build and develop customer relationships through excellent customer serviceAccurately complete relevant documentation including invoices and paymentWork closely with the Workshop to ensure availability of partsLoad and unload parts, bin to appropriate locationPick and deliver parts to customers and workshopMonitor stock, spare parts and inventoryWho You AreTo thrive as a Parts Advisor, you will bring a strong background in parts within the automotive industry,
