3 Days Per WeekWe are seeking an experienced and organised Property Manager to join our team on a casual basis, working approximately 3 days per week.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking for flexibility and a supportive working environment without the commitment of a full-time role.About the RoleWorking as part of our property management team, you will assist with the day-to-day management of our residential portfolio and provide a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.Your responsibilities will include and not limited to:Managing landlord and tenant enquiriesConducting routine inspectionsCoordinating repairs and maintenanceLease renewals and rent reviewsManaging arrears and tenancy mattersIngoing/Final InspectionsLiaising with tradespeople and contractorsEnsuring properties and tenancies are managed in accordance with SA legislationGeneral property management administrationMid and End of MonthAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is confident,
