We're a growing sports, headwear and apparel retailer bringing together some of the biggest teams, leagues and brands from around the world — and we're looking for Store Manager to lead our team at the following Lids Store located in Tea Tree Plaza, Modbury SA.We want someone who loves being on the floor, leading from the front, talking product, coaching their team and chasing a great result.THE ROLEYou'll take ownership of your store and:Drive sales and deliver solid commercial resultsLead, coach and develop a high-energy retail teamCreate a great customer experienceDeliver high VM standardsManage rosters, wages, stock and day-to-day operationsBuild a team culture that is fun,



competitive and accountableABOUT YOUYou'll ideally have Store Manager experience in fashion, sports, footwear, streetwear or another fast-paced retail environment.More importantly, you're a sales-focused leader who brings energy, knows how to get the best out of people and isn't afraid to get amongst it.
