Reporting to the EvoHeat Service Manager, this broad service role will work across our range of Evo heat pumps (pool heating and hot water) and will provide plenty of variety and a great learning opportunity to work across different areas of our EvoHeat business.Key responsibilitiesProviding end to end technical support to customer enquiries (email and phone) in a calm,



professional and timely mannerCoordinating warranty service with internal/external contractorsProcessing spare parts ordersLiaising with clients on technical data, product manuals, and product videosProcessing warranty claimsRecording all service work in the internal software programsSupporting the Operations Team with general administration tasks / ad hoc projectsPromoting service plans to existing clientsAbout youTechnical problem-solving background is highly regardedA positive, energetic approach and a willingness to learnSound administrationCustomer service and relationship building skillsGood organisation skills and the ability to multi-taskA good telephone manner, listening and problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm in a busy but enjoyable operating environmentWillingness and capability to assist with light manual handling requirements
