Join our supportive Operations Finance team as a Finance Officer, working 3 days per week with flexibility around your working days.In this role, you'll support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end activities, and operational analysis while partnering closely with site stakeholders to help drive business performance.Our Ridge Street site services many customers in a contract manufacturing capacity focused on packaged, natural and processed cheeses.
These include the renowned Bega cheese blocks- mild, tasty, and vintage, shredded and cubed cheese, natural slices, parmesan, colby, mozzarella and burger slice cheeses.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver accurate financial reports, analysis and business insightsSupport budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting activitiesMaintain financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and processesPartner with operational teams to provide financial support and guidanceIdentify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiencyAbout youExperience in a Finance Officer, Accounts, Assistant Accountant or similar roleStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsProficiency in Excel and financial systems/ERPsCollaborative approach with excellent communication skillsProactive, organised, and eager to learnBega Group StoryBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
