The Coffee Club Bendigo cafe restaurant is actively hiring for front of house and enthusiastic all rounder to join their team on casual/ part time or full time basis.

The Coffee Club is a franchise system where expectation of their customers are high but genuine. So , we are looking for team members that have high regard for customer service and love having a chat with their guests.

Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent hospitality services by serving food, coffee, tea, and other beverages
Maintain a friendly, qualified demeanor while engaging with Saint Haven members and guests, proactively suggesting menu items and beverages
Assist members and guests with any questions about our food and beverage offerings
Educate members on our diverse range of products and services to inspire them on their wellness journey




Interact with members and guests in a respectful, calm, and professional manner
Anticipate and cater to the preferences and needs of our members
Always present yourself in a neat, tidy, and qualified manner
Follow daily checklists to ensure cleanliness and high standards in all areas
Collaborate and build solid working relationships with your teammates
Oversee the general cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant
Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere for members and guests
Complete opening and closing tasks efficiently

Pay: $26.44 – $44.87 per hour
