We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Coordinator to join a busy team during an important operational transition.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and updating product information within Shopify
Transferring and maintaining large volumes of product and inventory data
Liaising directly with suppliers and providing regular updates throughout the move
Maintaining accurate e-commerce and inventory information
Identifying discrepancies and following up to ensure information is correct
Helping establish and maintain transparent processes during a busy period of change

About You:
Previous hands-on Shopify experience – essential
Experience within e-commerce operations,



online retail or a similar environment
Strong data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail
Confidence working with large volumes of product and inventory information
Robust Excel and general systems skills
The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
Previous exposure to logistics, warehousing, inventory or fulfilment would be highly regarded

This is a hands on role combining Shopify administration, product data management, supplier communication and e-commerce operations.

You'll be working with a high volume of product and inventory information, so we're looking for someone who is highly organised, process-driven and genuinely confident using Shopify in a qualified environment.
