Excavator Operator

Fleck Group is looking for an experienced excavator operator to join our growing team across projects throughout Sydney.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is confident operating in a variety of site conditions, and understands the level of care, safety and detail expected when working for clients.

The Role

You will be operating a range of up-to-date excavators across civil construction, earthworks, detailed excavation and general plant hire projects throughout Sydney and surrounding.

Our works include
Bulk & detailed excavation
Trenching and services work
Final trim and detailed earthworks
Loading trucks
Rock breaking & hammer work
Working around existing services and infrastructure
Civil construction projects both tier 1 and 2
General wet hire and plant hire work

What we are looking for

• Proven experience operating excavators in different settings
Robust experience in civil constructions & earthworks
Excavator VOC & SOA
White card




Current NSW drivers licence
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow site instructions
Reliable attendance and qualified attitude

Experience using GPS / Machine Control will be highly regarded

Experience operating different size excavators
