About the role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food Factory Production Batching and Mixing Operator to join our dynamic production team. You’ll work in a fast-paced, hands-on setting where quality, teamwork, and attention to detail are key. Current working week is Monday - Thursday long weekend every week.

Position is casual going to full time for the right person.

What you'll be doing
Accurately weigh, blend, and mix raw ingredients according to production recipes and specifications
Work with quality control teams to ensure product consistency
Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to identify and resolve any issues
Maintain detailed records of production activities, including batch information and inventory levels
Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols to ensure a protected working environment
Provide support to the production team as required to meet production targets

What we're looking for
Relevant experience in a food manufacturing or production workplace, food processing industry




Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and specifications with a high degree of accuracy
Proficient in the use of production equipment, such as scales, mixers, and other machinery
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the workplace and have HACCP experience
Must have a driver's license and own transport.
