Biggin & Scott North is seeking an experienced, motivated and highly organised Property Manager to join our growing team.This role is ideal for a confident real estate professional with at least two years of property management experience who is committed to delivering excellent service to landlords and renters.
You will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring all properties are managed efficiently and in accordance with Victorian legislation.The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage all aspects of a residential property portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a residential property portfolio efficiently and professionallyBuild and maintain solid relationships with landlords and rentersCoordinate new tenancies, lease renewals, rent reviews and vacating processesMonitor rental arrears and take appropriate follow-up actionCoordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords, renters and contractorsConduct or oversee routine inspections, entry condition reports and final inspectionsEnsure property compliance requirements and records remain currentRespond to landlord and renter enquiries promptly and professionallyHandle complaints, disputes and complex property management mattersPrepare notices,
