Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Workshop Manager & Operations Manager to drive smooth daily operationsOversee job logistics planning & SchedulingFoster a positive, proactive culture and take full ownership of your roleSupport the achievement of business targets and champion continuous improvement initiativesMonitor workflow, identify issues early,



and implement effective solutionsAssist with quoting, pricing, and job cost assessmentsDouble check that painters and blasters are following correct proceduresEnsure strict adherence to Quality Assurance processes and industry standards
Required Experience & Skills
Demonstrated leadership experience within a Surface treatment environmentHigh technical proficiency in surface preparation and coating applicationExperience with pricing, costing, or estimating workA positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong initiativeProven ability to manage teams, mentor staff, and build capabilityStrong problem-solving skills and a drive to meet targetsCompetence in computer-based administration and planning is a bonusAbility to plan, coordinate resources, and manage competing priorities
