This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working 3-4 days per week (7.5 hours per day) across multiple clinic locations in Taree and Forster.
Travel between sites will be required to provide reception support and cover where needed.As a Medical Receptionist, you will play an essential role in the experience our patients have when they visit our clinics for medical imaging appointments.
You will be responsible for providing reception and administrative support and acting as the first point of contact for patients, referrers and medical practitioners.This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills and is comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
No previous medical reception experience is required, as full onsite training will be provided.
