Day to day you will:Guide patients through any pre-appointment preparation requirementsAccurately manage patient information across multiple systemsProcess billing with precisionLiaise with referring doctors and the PRP clinical and on-site teamHelp shape and improve our systems, processes, and Contact Centre cultureBe part of a team that values collaboration, continuous learning,
