CCIG Investments Pty Ltd t/a Daydream Island Resort is seeking a Part Time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Daydream Island. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and productive service to guests in the restaurant, bar, or other dining areas
Take and serve food and beverage orders with attention to detail and accuracy
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations
Assist with setting up for events, functions, and special occasions as required
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide recommendations and upsell when appropriate
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations at all times




Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery
Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Contribute to a positive working environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of service at all times

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry would be advantageous. Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Barista or cocktail-making experience is desirable
