About the role

We need a reliable, hands-on Epoxy Floor Installer who takes pride in their work and can operate independently on site. Full training on our systems and products will be provided — what matters most is your work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities
Concrete surface preparation — grinding, shot blasting, patching and priming
Mixing and applying epoxy, polyurethane and Polyaspartic coating systems
Decorative broadcast work (vinyl flake systems)
Working to product data sheets and job specifications
Representing the business professionally with clients on site
Keeping tools and equipment clean and maintained
Working independently and managing your own time on site

About you
Current driver's license — essential, non-negotiable
Trade background highly regarded (carpentry, concreting, painting, tiling or similar)
Experience in epoxy or floor coatings preferred but not essential
Able to work unsupervised and self-manage on site




Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on labour
White Card (or willing to obtain prior to start)
Robust attention to detail — the finish is everything
Punctual, reliable and takes pride in their work
