Position Summary The Disability Support Worker provides person-centred support to NDIS participants, assisting with daily living activities and community participation to promote independence, wellbeing, and achievement of individual goals.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and other daily living activities.
Support participants to access the community, attend appointments, social activities, education, and employment.
Encourage independence, choice, and active participation in everyday life.
Provide emotional support while maintaining participants' dignity, privacy, and rights.
Complete accurate progress notes and report any changes in participant wellbeing.
Follow organisational policies,



the NDIS Code of Conduct, and secure work practices.

Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current Police Check.
Valid Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
Solid communication skills.

Pay: $36.00 – $45.00 per hour
