Silverline Disability care is seeking a caring, reliable and dedicated female Disability Support Workers (Two Positions) to join our team in the North beach (Yorke peninsula) area (SA post code 5556).

We are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, choice and overall wellbeing. Our goal is to empower the people we support to live meaningful and fulfilling lives while maintaining choice and control over their everyday decisions.

Key Duties
Provide person-centred support to people with disability.
Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
Support household tasks, meal preparation and community access.
Assist participants with appointments, shopping and social activities.
Support participants to achieve their goals and maintain independence.
Follow individual support plans, safety procedures and workplace policies.
Maintain accurate progress notes and report any changes in participants' wellbeing.
Maintain privacy, confidentiality, dignity and qualified boundaries.
Work collaboratively with families, carers and other support professionals.
Promote participant choice,



inclusion, independence and overall wellbeing.
Applicant must be willing to relocate to Yorke peninsula region.
Must have good spoken and written English communication skills
Availability for flexible shifts including days, evenings, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
Supporting participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses

Skills & Qualifications
Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or a related field, or relevant experience.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
A genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
Robust communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, patient, respectful and reliable approach.
Ability to work independently and follow support plans and procedures.
Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current First Aid and CPR certification, where applicable.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle, where required.
