We are a family oriented dental practice seeking an enthusiastic dental receptionist / assistant to join our team. Our team is friendly and supportive and we are looking for someone who possess a great attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure our patients have a comfortable experience.

We are seeking someone who is outgoing and friendly with strong social, people and communication skills as well as having excellent verbal ability when taking patient phone calls; to also be reliable, passionate and supportive working in a team workplace.

The days of work are versatile from two to four days a week to suit the candidate with Saturday mornings also available.

The main responsibilities / duties of the role are:




Reception / front desk duties - answering patient phone calls; welcoming patients; taking payments; scheduling appointments; internal marketing and recalls; managing social media
Dental assistant duties - patient care, chair-side assisting, sterilisation and infection control.
