Manage and maintain technical documentation in accordance with company standards.
Ensure accurate and timely distribution of engineering documents to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and update document control processes to maintain compliance.
Organise and archive historical and current engineering records.
Support the technology department with documentation requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in document management.
Generate reports and maintain logs for document control activities.
A successful Engineering Document Controller should have:
Experience in document control or a related field, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
RedEye or Meridian experience mandatory
Proficiency in document management systems and relevant software tools.
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
A proactive approach to maintaining and improving document control processes.
