Modus is seeking an HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia. The role spans recruitment, employee relations, performance, onboarding and engagement within a hands‑on People & Culture team.

You’ll partner with leaders, manage end‑to‑end recruitment and oversee onboarding, contracts, off‑boarding, and HR administration. A robust generalist with relationship‑building skills will thrive here.
