Role: Contracts Manager

Responsibilities
Required to perform two-way, influencing so that client understands Genpact capability and constraints and Genpact operations team understand client outcomes that will represent success.
Find current areas of chance for growth in a way that drives value for the client
Building, running and handling the governance around the customer and Genpact communication enabling better visibility, clarity, and partnership within the relationship.
Connecting at CxO level in the customer organization; build/maintain relationships that enable higher customer satisfaction (measured via NPS survey) and measurable business impact.
Responsible for contract execution and profitability





Candidate Skills and Competencies
Must have a Supply Chain and/or Business operations understanding
Ability to collaborate, problem solve and find win-win outcomes
Strong client stakeholder management experience
Good oral and written communication skills and executive presentation skills in English
Ability to interface at all levels of an organization (including senior leaders in a variety of functions)
Ability to operate in a complex structure, build networks and relationships that help to get things done
Experience and cultural resourcefulness to work across countries and succeed in a global organization

Qualifications and Experience

MBA or Graduate in a relevant field
Proven experience of managing clients and senior relationships
Sound financial & commercial Business Understanding
