We are looking for an experienced Barista/ front of the house/café all-rounder to join our Café in Mount Martha. Be part of a welcoming team, work at a beautiful location!

What we are looking for
prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
operate and maintain coffee machine, grinders and other brewing equipment
greet customers, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service
manage POS transactions including cash handling and card payments
maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and ensure all areas comply with health and safety regulations
monitor inventory levels, and restock coffee beans, milk and other supplies as needed
engage with customers to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
work efficiently during busy periods to ensure timely service
promote menu items, upsell, and offer product suggestions
adhere to company policies, procedures and quality standards
have an RSA

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
