Your scoreboard is the teams.Key responsibilitiesLead, coach and hold accountable a team of eight Property Sales Consultants and their teamsRun the cadence: weekly sales meetings, monthly 1:1s, quarterly reviews and an annual business plan with every reportOwn the Sales Agent Framework: rules of engagement, database policy, office allocation and the associate-to-agent pathwayRecruit and build the Devonport team and lift every office with team members who fit our valuesOwn listing pipeline, conversion and market share, with full visibilityWork with in house marketing and AI teams to put lead generation and in-house tools in Consultants hands, and measure the liftMember of the leadership team, reporting to the Managing DirectorAbout you5+ years in sales based roles, preferably in real estate, with 2+ years leading, coaching and mentoring sales teams to targetProficient in both the people and process sides of salesProven track record of leading teams to target, with the ability to rapidly develop, adapt and deploy strategies as the market movesExperience designing and refining a predictable, high-performing listing and sales engineExperience managing an end-to-end sales process in a CRM such as VaultREExperience recruiting,
