This is a very hands-on leadership role.
You'll be responsible for leading the social strategy while remaining heavily involved in the creative process, from coming up with ideas and spotting trends through to content creation, shoots and execution.You'll also directly manage and develop a team, setting the creative standard and creating an workplace where great ideas can thrive.Own and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, etc.Lead, manage and develop a team of social media and content specialistsBe hands-on with content creation, ideation, Reels, TikTok, Stories and social-first campaignsOwn the social content calendar and ensure content is fresh, engaging and on-brandWork closely with creative,
