You'll use your technical experience and judgement to determine the right level of assurance for each job, identify and address quality trends, support our detailers and offshore team,



and help build capability across the function.What you'll be responsible for:Quality & AssuranceLead quality checks using a risk-based approachOwn the accuracy and integrity of work you sign offRecord and analyse markups to identify recurring quality trendsAudit bypassed work and elevate issues when requiredTechnical SupportComplete Fab Revisions and site work reviewsIdentify and raise applicable ETSProvide technical support to detailers and offshore teamsHelp maintain and improve technical standardsCoaching & DevelopmentCoach detailers on recurring issues and their root causesSupport the development of capability across the teamProvide recommendations when detailers are ready for greater autonomyWhat we're looking for:We're looking for an experienced detailer who combines strong technical knowledge with sound judgement and a genuine commitment to quality.You'll bring:Significant experience in steel detailing, ideally within a manufacturing or structural steel environmentStrong understanding of detailing standards, fabrication requirements and technical drawingsA high level of attention to detail and accuracyThe confidence to make sound risk-based decisionsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsThe ability to identify recurring issues and address their root causeA coaching mindset and the ability to develop othersStrong communication skills across internal teams and offshore resourcesA strong sense of ownership and accountability for the work you sign offReady to make your mark?
