Residential Site SupervisorToowoomba | $130K + Super + $35K Car Allowance | Residential BuilderWe are currently working with an established residential builder who is looking for an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to join their Toowoomba team.This is a great prospect for a Supervisor who enjoys a structured, high-volume residential environment and wants to manage a consistent pipeline of quality builds.The Role You will be responsible for overseeing approximately 20 low-set investment homes, managing each build from construction through to completion.Manage approximately 20 active builds at any one timeAll low-set investment homes – no owner-occupied projectsCoordinate trades and subcontractors across multiple sitesMonitor construction schedules, quality and workmanshipEnsure projects remain on track and within budgetConduct site inspections and maintain high construction standardsManage variations, defects and project documentationMaintain strong relationships with trades, contractors and internal teamsEnsure compliance with relevant building standards,
