Backed by extensive industry experience, our team delivers practical, results-driven solutions.We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team, supporting electrical maintenance activities at a major coal export terminal near Mackay, Queensland.This opportunity would suit an experienced planner with a proven track record planning maintenance for electrical assets and working closely with electrical maintenance teams.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates based in Mackay and surrounding areas, offering a lifestyle-friendly 4/3 or 5/2 roster that allows you to be home every night.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed electrical maintenance work plans for fixed plant, infrastructure, and associated equipment.Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable execution of work.Create work packs, define resource requirements,



and manage maintenance schedules.Utilise the site CMMS to manage work orders, maintenance planning, and equipment history.Liaise closely with operations, maintenance, and contractor personnel to optimise maintenance outcomes.Review maintenance data and performance trends to identify opportunities for reliability improvements.What We're Looking ForProven experience in maintenance planning, preferably for electrical plant and infrastructure.Trade-qualified or relevant background in mechanical, electrical, or related maintenance disciplines.Experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS) and planning tools.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and planning skills.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Current Australian work rights.Why Work With AMA?
