This full-time role reports to the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Manager and focuses on coordinating, planning, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing workplace safety and quality measures to minimise operational losses and incidents.A key part of this role is training, mentoring, and upskilling Yurra's workforce as part of our Pathway to Trade initiative.About the RoleFull-time position with a 9-day fortnight roster — 5 days on, 2 days off, followed by 4 days on and 3 days off.FIFO from Perth or Karratha, or local residential position in Karratha.Drive a culture of safety excellence through effective training,
coaching and mentoring.Manage quality assurance, compliance, risk management and training requirements to support national accreditation.Ensure ongoing alignment with company policies, procedures and client expectations.What We're Looking ForProven experience as a WHS/HSEQ advisor in civil construction, mining, or oil & gas projectsStrong knowledge of Western Australian WHS legislation, regulations, standards, and codesExpertise in risk management, incident prevention, investigation, and reportingExperience in quality control, auditing, training, and complianceProficiency with digital tools and safety management systemsWhat We OfferMeaningful employment with real community impactOpportunities for training and professional developmentSupportive, inclusive team environmentAccess to employee perks and competitive ratesAll applicants must have the right to work in Australia and meet pre-employment checks for site access, including medical and national police clearance.
