We're Looking for More Than a Scheduler.We're looking for the person everyone turns to when things get chaotic.Someone who can juggle competing priorities, solve problems, communicate confidently, and leave things better than they found them.At Essential Network Solutions (ENS), you'll help coordinate electrical field technicians across Queensland and NSW, ensuring critical work is completed safely, efficiently and on time.ENS provides metering and field services across Australia's electricity network, supporting major energy providers and delivering critical work throughout Queensland and New South Wales.About the RoleAs a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in our operations team by:Coordinating daily schedules for field techniciansManaging urgent jobs, schedule changes and shifting prioritiesCommunicating with technicians, customers and internal stakeholdersBuilding efficient work schedules and routesMonitoring job progress and resolving issuesIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencyThis is not a typical administration role.
You'll be trusted to make decisions, manage competing priorities and help keep our field operations running efficiently.No two days are the same.




Success in this role comes from staying organised, thinking ahead, and finding solutions when plans change.What We're Looking ForYou'll likely have:Experience in scheduling, coordination, dispatch, logistics or operationsStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills and confidence on the phoneThe ability to prioritise competing demandsA proactive mindset and willingness to take ownershipA genuine team-first attitudeExperience in electrical contracting, utilities, metering or field services is highly regarded, but not essential.Knowledge of electrical network terminology is a bonus.A tertiary qualification is also highly regarded.
