In this guest-facing role, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences, ensuring every meal is presented with care, served with professionalism, and reflective of Sofitel's luxury standards.
From attending to orders with precision to providing warm, personalised service, you will play a key role in creating memorable stays for our guests.Job DescriptionYour Responsibilities:This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the high standards expected within a premium hotel dining environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled, attentive and efficient food and beverage service to all guestsTake and process food and beverage orders with accuracy and careEnsure food and beverages are delivered and presented in a timely, polished mannerMaintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environmentAssist with table set-up, clearing and resetting throughout serviceCollaborate closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure seamless serviceAdhere to hotel policies, food safety standards, workplace health and safety requirements,
