HSEQ Advisor | Wind Farm project – 2/1 roster – 2.5 hours west of TownsvilleTwo Positions Available | FIFO or DIDO | 30% Uplift | Accommodation & Meals ProvidedSymal Infrastructure is delivering a major civil construction package on the Gawaya Baya Wind Farm, and we are looking for two experienced HSEQ Advisors to join our project team.This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major renewable energy project, supporting a high-performing construction team and playing a key role in maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, setting and quality across siteThe OpportunityAs an HSEQ Advisor, you will be a visible and influential presence on site, partnering with project leaders, supervisors, subcontractors and workers to drive a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with Symal and client requirements.You will be involved across the full HSEQ function, including:Implementing and maintaining HSEQ systems across the projectConducting site inspections, audits, observations and compliance activitiesProviding practical HSEQ advice to construction teams and subcontractorsSupporting incident response, investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actionsMonitoring and improving project HSEQ performanceDelivering HSEQ training, inductions, toolbox talks and educationSupporting return-to-work and injury management processesMaintaining accurate HSEQ records, registers and reportingWorking closely with the client's HSEQ representativesSupporting ISO, OFSC and client compliance requirementsDriving the effective use of systems including HammerTech, RIW and 3D SafetyIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the projectBuilding strong relationships across the project team and leading by example in the fieldWhy Join Us?

project performance and the way work is delivered.What's on offer:30% project upliftFIFO or DIDO optionsFlights and/or project transport providedFree project accommodationMeals providedMajor renewable energy / wind farm project experienceWork alongside an experienced project and HSEQ leadership teamOpportunity to develop your career within a growing infrastructure businessStrong focus on security, people and continuous improvementAbout YouWe are looking for HSEQ professionals who are confident working in a major construction environment and can build strong relationships at all levels.To be successful, you will have:Certificate IV in WHS minimum; Diploma in WHS highly regardedSolid Australian construction industry experienceDemonstrated experience working in a site-based HSEQ/WHS roleStrong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and construction requirementsExperience conducting inspections, audits and incident investigationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of HSEQ outcomesCurrent Australian Driver LicenceConstruction Industry White CardFirst Aid qualificationRelevant incident investigation and high-risk construction trainingStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesA practical, hands-on approach to safetyWind farm, renewable energy, civil construction or major infrastructure experience will be highly regarded.EligibilityDue to the requirements of the project,
