$100k - $130k p.a. + Up to $130k + super DOEAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced P&D; Advisor to join a growing professional services firm in Perth CBD.This is a varied, hands‐on P&D; role offering genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across people, culture and business operations.Supporting a headcount of approximately 100 employees, you'll play an integral role in the day‐to‐day delivery of P&D; initiatives, including early careers recruitment, onboarding and inductions, performance review coordination, employee queries, engagement initiatives and learning and development support.You'll also have the prospect to contribute to broader business and workplace projects, including the upcoming office consolidation, making this a role where you'll have plenty of variety and the opportunity to get involved across different areas of the business.You'll be well supported by an experienced and long‐tenured P&D; team, ensuring you're never working in isolation, while still having the autonomy to take ownership of your responsibilities and build strong relationships across the business.This role would suit someone who is approachable, pragmatic, commercially minded and confident enough to hold their own with senior stakeholders, while understanding that effective P&D; is ultimately about partnership, influence and finding solutions.The Role |Provide day‐to‐day P&D; advisory support across the businessBuild strong working relationships with Partners, senior leaders and employeesProvide practical, solutions‐focused advice on people mattersIdentify and communicate potential HR/P&D; risks while taking a commercial approach to solutionsSupport early careers recruitment, including interview coordination and candidate managementCoordinate P&D; inductions and onboardingAssist with performance review processes,
administration and reportingSupport ad‐hoc learning and development initiativesRespond to employee queries and provide general P&D; supportCoordinate employee engagement initiatives and eventsContribute to broader workplace and business projectsSupport the upcoming office consolidation projectAssist with various P&D; projects and initiatives as requiredAbout You |You'll ideally have a background in P&D;, People & Culture or recruitment agency, with the confidence and capability to step into a broad advisory role.We're looking for someone who is:Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions‐focusedConfident building strong relationships with Partners and senior stakeholdersApproachable and personable, with the ability to build trust across all levelsComfortable providing advice and constructively challenging when requiredProactive and confident taking ownership of their responsibilitiesHighly organised with strong attention to detailA strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skillsComfortable working across both people‐focused and project‐based responsibilitiesSomeone who enjoys variety and is happy to get involved and make things happenWhat's on Offer |Flexible working hours between 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 5:30pmAd‐hoc WFH available as neededSupportive, collaborative and experienced P&D; teamStrong leadership and access to senior stakeholdersGenuine autonomy and ownership of your roleOpportunity to work closely with Partners and senior leadersInvolvement in broader business and workplace projectsPerth CBD locationIf you're looking for a P&D; role where you can partner with the business, influence culture, provide practical advice and genuinely make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.Please note: Applicants must be Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or New Zealand Citizens with full working rights in Australia.
