This is the senior HR leadership role for the region, responsible for partnering with operational and executive leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support organisational growth, workforce capability, employee engagement, and business performance.Reporting to the National Manager - HR, the successful candidate will serve as the key HR leader for the WA/NT region, providing strategic direction, expert advice, and leadership across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
