As Manager - Compliance Advisory, you'll play a critical role in helping the business navigate a complex regulatory landscape while supporting the delivery of reliable, affordable and sustainable energy solutions for customers across Australia.This is a highly visible opportunity where you'll provide trusted advice and partner with leaders across LPG and, more broadly, across Origin's businesses to embed compliance into everyday operations!
Your responsibilities will include:Delivering strategic, practical compliance advice across complex operations.Leading compliance incident investigations and corrective action programs.Drive initiatives that strengthen compliance capability and controls across the businessBuilding solid stakeholder partnerships to embed a proactive compliance culture.Deliver meaningful compliance reporting and governance insights that inform decision-makingAbout YouYou're a commercially minded compliance professional who can confidently interpret complex regulatory requirements and turn them into practical business solutions.
You build trusted relationships, communicate with influence and thrive in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.You'll bring:Significant compliance experience within a highly regulated industry such as energy, mining, oil & gas, transport, infrastructure or utilitiesDemonstrated experience providing pragmatic compliance advice that balances regulatory obligations with business outcomesStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levelsExperience working with regulators, audits, investigations or assurance activitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex informationStrong analytical, organisational and problem-solving capabilitiesTertiary qualification in law, compliance or a related disciplineSo, why join us?
