Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you'll coordinate production activities, balance workloads and resources, and keep the operation running smoothly to meet customer requirements and service expectations.
You'll bring a hands‐on leadership approach, with a strong focus on workplace safety, productivity, quality and continuous improvement.
Your ability to coordinate people, processes and priorities will be key to maintaining an efficient workflow and delivering the right outcomes for our customers.

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily workflows, coordinate staff allocations,



monitor production performance, and ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be key contributor to the success of our production operations and team culture.

Supervising daily laundry production activities and workflow managementCoordinating employee tasks and resources to achieve production targetsSupporting staff development, training and performance improvementMonitoring quality standards and compliance with healthcare linen requirementsManaging consumable stock levels and production administration activitiesOperating and programming commercial laundry equipment as neededProviding operational leadership in the absence of Production ManagerPromoting a safe, productive and positive workplace culture
We're looking for someone who has
Proven experience supervising operational or production teamsStrong organisation and problem-solving skillsThe ability to adapt resources and priorities to meet changing demandsExperience working with automated machinery or industrial equipmentExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA commitment to workplace safety, quality and customer servicesSound computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
