You must have
NSW Electrical Licence
EWP Licence
A proven track record leading teams on site
High personal standards and a robust work ethic
Sharp attention to detail — quality is non‑negotiable
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to read and interpret drawings without hand‑holding
Initiative, independence, and the ability to stay ahead of the work
Your Role You will be the driving force on site. Your responsibilities include:
Leading day‑to‑day operations on commercial and light industrial projects
Keeping the construction program on track and anticipating what’s next
Overseeing installation, commissioning, and general electrical works
Maintaining direct, daily communication with project management
Enforcing safety standards and ensuring full compliance
Understanding project documentation and executing with precision
Setting the tone for the team through proactive leadership
