Senior Mechanical Engineer | Building ServicesSenior / Intermediate Mechanical Engineer – Building ServicesI'm looking for a Mechanical Engineer who wants to do more than just look after the mechanical package.Ideally, this is a Senior Engineer who can operate independently, is CPEng or working towards it, and wants to get more involved in leading multidisciplinary building services projects.
Equally, it could suit a strong Intermediate who is technically good and ready for more responsibility.My client is a national, privately owned engineering consultancy with a solid pipeline of work across education, health and defence.There's plenty of good technical work here, but also the opportunity to run projects properly.
Coordinating disciplines, dealing directly with clients, managing delivery and becoming the person responsible for the project as a whole.It's also just a very good engineering business to work for.They're full of professional engineers who care about their projects and the quality of what goes out the door.
They'll take the time to get something right rather than just rushing it out because there's another deadline behind it.They're busy too.
There's no shortage of work and you'll be well and truly engaged, but they're sensible about it.There's no badge of honour for being the last person in the office.
People work hard, do good work and then go home.
